Black-Eyed Peas with Corn and Dill

A very nice combination of flavors, with a mild heat from the chilis. I used 5 tsp of dried dill instead of the 5 TB of fresh called for. The dill flavor seemed to get lost - I might try more next time. Pleasant, very mid-late summery with the corn and tomato and dill.

I'm updating this to "Very Good". With fresh dill, and lots of it, this dish has a very nice balance of flavors, very subtle. Worth a try. [ 09.18.06 ]
