A hearty, full-flavored bread that would go beautifully with a variety of sandwich toppings. Try it with a nice Havarti cheese, use it for a tuna salad sandwich, or just toast it and top with butter and a nice bright jam. Not an everyday bread, but definitely worth having in your rotation.
