Well, there were some problems with this, and I'll have to make it again to give it a fair review. First off, it didn't thicken. Is there a misprint? 2 TB of flour and butter seem like more likely amounts to thicken 4 cups of stock. Also, I discovered as I was putting it together that I was out of nutritional yeast, which certainly would have added some flavor and possibly have thickened it some. As it was, I let it cook while we ate everything else, turning it into a reduction.  [ 10.08.06 ]
