I was hoping for another outstanding Black Bean Chili, and this is good, but I don't know if its good enough to make again. I didn't have the right chilis, of course, so I used a dried chili that I had around. I used chipotle chili powder for the "hot" chili powder, and used only 1 tsp. I might add another teaspoon if I did this again, but I thought it had a pleasant hotness as it was. If I were to make this again, I'd use 1/2 the peanut butter and maybe a little more anise and chocolate. All in all, a good result, but not necessarily worth making again. [ 06.20.06 ]
