Sherry Shallot Vinaigrette

I don't like this nearly as well as her Lemon Shallot Vinaigrette. Really underwhelming on a plain spinach salad, but nice against mixed greens and especially with tomatoes. A little too salty for my palate. Making this again, I might try switching the amounts of the balsamic vinegar and the sherry vinegar. [ 10.23.06 ]
