Eating Seasonally Charts

» "Eat seasonally" is a mantra of sustainable living, but in the middle of a crowded produce department, that can be impossible to determine—everything is seasonal somewhere. Here's a list of what's in season where, arranged by state.

Thank you! I have been looking for this.

I keep Patricia Unterman's "Foodlover's Guide to San Francisco" around, even though it's the original, out-of-date edition, because of the seasonality charts in the front. Includes seafood as well as produce, if I recall correctly. The produce items include things I think of as very obscure - specific kinds of tangerines, for instance, and the areas that produce them. I do wonder if the locations still apply a dozen years later, what with all the building recently.

Thanks for posting the internet versions... I've bookmarked the Ferry market site.
